Hey guys. Dndrhead here.
Just a new...polished set of rules here.
All credit goes to Nume and 1upguy. Thanks a whole fuggin' lot, Rachel! and 1upguy for the original rules.
1. Follow the rules: Self explanatory. Follow these rules, read above for the consequences.
2. No spamming the forums: As with all people, there will be one or two people who will spam the everything in sight. It is important to know that we do not like spam, and do not accept it here at The Naw Kids forum. If you spam, you will be asked to stop. Continuation of the spam will result in a ban. Also, don't cause headaches by cApItAlIzInG eVeRy OtHeR lEtTeR, dnt taip wit chtspek plz, and don't abuse text settings . And please, don't just slap your keyboard and hope something legible comes out - odds are, nothing will.
3. Don’t try to troll: It is known that this place houses many trolls (don’t ask why). However, I will ask that to keep this place running and clean, I ask at least try to make an effort NOT to troll. Trolling is never good for anyone (even if it is funny as hell). Never the less, try to refrain from trolling, or try not to reply to trolls.
4. No pornographic or sexual content: This goes for links to pornographic images as well. If you have pornographic images, don’t post them here. We have porn websites for that. Also I don’t want to see any topics with content such as "Post your fetish” “Conor has a foot fetish" etc... So don’t do it, you sick fucks.
5. Respect authority: It would be nice if you didn’t piss off the Admins. Try not to piss of the Mods either. They can do crazy shit to you. With that in mind, if you have problems with your topic or need to have something changed, don't hesitate to ask an Admin or a Mod. They can be either your best friends OR your worst enemies depending on how you play your cards. As joiri said: "Be wise, faggot."
6. Post topics in the correct board, and post posts in the correct topic: Don’t be a first grader. Post topics in their respectable boards. None of this “hey guiz wat do with electronics?” in the art board. Don't think we're going to clean up after you, either. Regarding posts; if it has nothing to do with the thread, then don’t post it. Your post will be deleted at first and we'll let you off with a warning, but please don't be an idiot and get yourself banned because of it. If you continue to do such deeds, you get your servings of bancakes.
7. Be reasonable with your images and signatures: If you post a picture, have it be relevant to the thread. If it isn’t relevant, it will be deleted and YOU WILL BE BANNED. However, if it is relevant in some significant way, we will allow it. That said, no fucking giant ass signatures or pictures in general. If the image size stretches the page, takes up entire pages, or makes it so users have to scroll left and right, then it's not reasonable. Please keep in mind that rule #5 takes place here, as well. The mods and admins are allowed to determine what is reasonable and what is not. (For your reference though, if the picture has a length and width of less than 1000 pixels, it's usually okay, and if your signature is somewhere around 300(height) x 900(width) it's also usually okay). Just try and make it so you can scroll through the forums with ease.
8: Don't quote too much: Quoting is kind of fun, but like most things, it's best in moderation. If you do it too often, you might start a quote pyramid. What's a quote pyramid, you ask? A quote pyramid is where someone quotes one person, someone else quotes the quoter, and the quotes begin to pile on and resemble a pyramid. This is annoying, and takes up a lot of bandwidth. Overall, don't do it. Also, don't quote pictures. Ever. This just stretches the page and makes things inconvenient for many of the other posters. Posting a picture is fine, covering it with the spoiler tag is fine. But please, do NOT quote pictures.
